Lei Lani Davis

She grew up on Anna Maria Island, Florida. In the 70’s she worked for Pan American Seed Company, who is part of the Ball Corp. as a genetic technician breeding flowers.
This is when she picked up her love of growing.
She moved to Live Oak, Florida in 92.
Initially she had gain knowledge through self-training, which included networking, conferences and workshops. Working with UF North Florida Research and Education Center in Live Oak from 1994 to 2009 she was able to utilize training, and resourses they had to offered, along with the large networking groups the universities and other related institutes offer though out the nation.  While working for UF she trained Master Gardeners in the area of herbs, this lead to talks and workshops for Garden Clubs and various groups.
She now has a nursery call Heavenly Flower to help foster her love of plants and herbs and is now giving her full attention to giving talks, demonstrations and on growing and using herbs.
